What is the FLAG model?

The FLAG model is a predictive tool designed to identify early liver graft loss based on two easily measurable parameters: Factor V and ALT (Alanine Aminotransferase) levels on postoperative day 2. Due to its high sensitivity and low false positive rate, it allows clinicians to act proactively before it is already too late to act.
